Registration
Before you can use the conference Booking website, you must
first register.

First,
click on the "Register" link on the left hand side of the web page.
This will open a page that will ask you if you wish to find another
registration (use this if you are already an IMA member)
or if you wish to create a new registration. Click "New
Registration". 
Please note, if you are an IMA member, you will need to
click "Try to find me". This option is covered later. |
| After you have clicked the new registration button, you will brought into a new page, were you can enter your personal details. The boxes outlined in red must be completed, and those in black are optional. Please note that if you select "Home"
from the "Address Type" drop-down menu, anything you type in the field labelled "Department" will not be registered on the system.
Make sure that you enter your e-mail address correctly, as a confirmation e-mail will be sent to that address. You must receive
this e-mail and follow the link included in it to be registered on our database, and to set up your username and password. When you follow this link, you will be taken to a page
where you can choose your username. Once you have chosen a user name, you must choose a password. Remember that passwords are case
sensitive. If you forget your password, you can reset it. Please see the "Login" page for
details of how to do this. |

The Try to Find Me
option is useful if you are already an IMA member, but have not yet
registered on the website. Alternatively, if you have registered, but have forgotten your details, put your e-mail address in the top field, and search for your details.
If you have an IMA membership number, use that to search for your details. You may have to enter your surname and initial to confirm your identity. Once your identity is confirmed, select "Register Me".
